In addition to its research activities, the association has issued a number of publications; the "Mémoires sonores" series now includes more than sixty books, videos, cassettes, CDs, CD-ROMs and box sets.
They are available in bilingual (French/Occitan) editions and have greatly contributed to the dissemination of Occitan culture. Other series include "Cosina nòstra" (Occitan recipes), "Virolet" (musical stories for children), "Actes de colloque" (symposia), and the "La Talvera" collection (music performed by the group La Talvera).

"Mémoires sonores" collection

Focusing primarily on Occitan cultural heritage, this includes books, CDs and cassettes. Whether drawn from archive material or field research, the series is aimed at the general public and is full of personal stories, accounts of daily life, popular beliefs and traditional knowledge and skills, as well as stories, songs, music and soundscapes. It currently comprises more than 60 different publications.

"Virolet" collection

Mainly for children, this is a series of attractively-illustrated volumes of stories in Occitan, based on traditional tales. Each volume comes with a CD containing stories, music and sounds.

"Actes de colloque" collection

Aimed at the specialist, these are compilations of speeches delivered at conferences and symposia organised by the association on specific themes within the oral tradition and the traditional music of Occitania and other regions of the world.

"Cosina nòstra" collection

A bilingual series exploring traditional Occitan cuisine. A wealth of recipes and tips culled from the kitchens of the Quercy, Albigeois and Rouergue regions for successful preparation of traditional dishes à l'ancienne.

"La Talvera" collection

The association is home to a number of musicians who, as well as performing the traditional Occitan repertoire, create their own musical compositions. Singers and instrumentalists - playing the craba (bagpipes), graile (oboe), fife, clarinet, percussion and diatonic accordion - have so far released 12 CDs, including two for children.

Others publications

These are works not included in the above collections or which have been published in cooperaton with other organisations.

Clothing and accessories

The association also distributes items such as flags, t-shirts, pendants, key-rings, etc, representing Occitan culture and its most significant symbols.
